So how does Coaching work?

Talking through your challenges, in a safe, and confidential environment with someone who is trained to ask the right questions at the right time, can help enormously.

A Coach will support you, encourage you and motivate you to move forward, whilst at the same time, allowing you to make your decisions. You are, after all, the expert on your own life.

Find out what’s really bothering you, and get to the bottom of what’s been holding you back. Once you know this, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.

A session lasts 45 minutes, and in that time, the agenda is yours to talk about whatever subject you choose. If you’re not sure what the issue is, as many people aren’t, then your Coach is skilled in helping you get to the bottom of it and find solutions with you.

Your session will be entirely confidential, and the style of Coaching is non-directive and non-judgemental, so everything you share will be kept between you.

We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to achieve significant changes, and that you commit yourself to this process for its entirety.
